What is a recumbent exercise bike?
A recumbent bike places the pedals in front of the rider and provides a seat with a backrest. This offers a supported alternative to the riding position of an upright exercise bike.
Can the seat be adjusted?
Yes. The Schwinn 510R has a seat rail slider system that allows you to adjust the seat forwards or backwards to suit your leg reach.
How many resistance levels does it have?
The bike offers 16 levels of magnetic resistance, allowing you to vary the intensity of your workout.

What does the console display?
The 5.5-inch LCD displays workout information including speed, time, distance, RPM, estimated calories and heart rate.
Does it measure heart rate?
Yes. The bike supports contact-grip heart-rate measurement and a compatible Bluetooth heart-rate monitor. The separate monitor is not included.
Can I use cycling apps?
